As a Customer Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of business for dedicated customers, manage a team, and drive service standards to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Requirements
- Previous 3PL/freight brokerage experience required
- Previous employee management experience preferred, but not required
- Proven demonstration of commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access and Excel
- Must have a drive to succeed, confidence and superior verbal communication skills
- Committed to executional and outstanding customer service, and holding that accountability with your team
- Able to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others
- Develop process improvement strategies, ability to identify and remove inefficiencies and minimize repeated mistakes through corrective action and training plans
