Giesecke+Devrient is a global company that offers security technologies, and we are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to join our international team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering excellence in the entire Order-to-Cash process.
Requirements
- Manage and process customer orders and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure smooth execution of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, from order entry to invoicing.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, Technical Support).
- Provide proactive communication and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with global Customer Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Collect and maintain accurate master data from Salesforce, SAP S/4Hana, and other sources (emails, spreadsheets, Teams).
- Support the Head of Customer Operations and contribute to team initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and company policies.
