Lead Data Analyst

Gigmo Solutions is a fast-growing tech startup seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics roles, strong expertise in MS Excel and Automation, and excellent SQL knowledge.

Requirements

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems
• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, nested formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting
• Create automated reports and streamline repetitive tasks using macros/VBA
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Maintain professional communication through reports, presentations, and documentation
