Role Overview

As a member of the Product Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the operational backbone of Glean’s product development while helping foster a thriving, connected Product team community.

What You Will Do

Design the operating rhythm, drive cross-functional alignment, run programs to completion, close the voice-of-customer loop, and own the written record.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in Product Ops, TPM, or PM with strong discovery and analytics skills in a B2B or B2B2C environment, working with enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Systems thinking
• Influence without authority
• Program management rigor
• Comfort with ambiguity and speed
• Sharp writing
• Hands on experience with AI technologies
• Fluency with product analytics and qualitative research methods
• Hands-on experience and technical aptitude to use and consult on Jira usage for teams and portfolio
• Experience with SQL or similar data tools for self-serve analytics strongly preferred
