Role Overview

Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business and territory growth, developing channel sales strategies, and establishing relationships with channel partners. The role requires frequent travel and experience in industrial B2B field sales, particularly in municipal and industrial pump markets.

What You Will Do

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving or exceeding annual sales and orders growth, developing channel sales strategies, and engaging existing channel partners to execute orders and deliver technical and commercial quotations.

Requirements

  • Proven hunter sales profile
  • Submersible pump sales experience or closely related experience
  • Strong experience selling through distributors/channel partners
  • Experience in industrial B2B field sales
  • Travel requirements: Approximately 75% travel across the Great Lakes region
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 7+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM system
  • Experience with PowerBI and ERP software preferred
