The Regional Sales Director role in the Southwest region is responsible for increasing sales through the development and support of Area Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents. The role involves establishing key business initiatives, recruiting new employees, and maintaining a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
- Three (3) years’ experience in auto finance, preferably in sub-prime auto financing
- Five (5) years’ sales experience within the auto industry preferred
- Knowledge of the assigned territory market with existing customer relationships preferred
- Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities
