Senior Financial Planning Analyst (SG&A)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced professionals in Financial Planning to join our Team of Eagles. The role involves consolidating and analyzing monthly expenses, monitoring operational and administrative expense indicators, and building financial models for SG&A expense projection.

What You Will Do

The main responsibilities include consolidating and analyzing monthly expenses, monitoring operational and administrative expense indicators, building financial models, preparing management reports, and collaborating with the Budget and Forecast process.

The role requires experience in cost analysis, control, or FP&A, as well as experience with SAP (CO/FI modules), Power BI, or similar tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to work in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields
• Intermediate/Advanced English for executive meetings participation
• Excel Advanced
• Experience in SAP (CO/FI modules), Power BI, or similar tools
• Experience in cost analysis, control, or FP&A
• Experience in companies in the aviation, logistics, or retail sectors
• Postgraduate or MBA in Control, Finance, Business Management, or related fields
• Experience with SAP HR/Payroll for cost reconciliation
• Knowledge in data manipulation/extraction (SQL, Python, AI)
