Role Overview
Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Data Analyst I to provide data management and analytic expertise support for the Epidemiology Research and Innovations Branch (ERIB). The role involves applying data management and analytic expertise to administrative and other data sources, creating and submitting documented code for quality control, data manipulation, and statistical analyses, and facilitating programming and data management leading to scientific publications.

The Data Analyst I will apply data management and analytic expertise to administrative and other data sources, create and submit documented code for quality control, data manipulation, and statistical analyses, and facilitate programming and data management leading to scientific publications.

Requirements
- Knowledge of the principles, concepts, methods, and techniques of public health research and evaluation
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
- Highly proficient in using various statistical software (SAS, R, Python, etc.)
- Knowledge of data management systems and application of data management software
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
