Join GoodHabitz, an international Ed-Tech company based in Eindhoven, as a Customer Success Manager – SMB to achieve business results, motivate employees about GoodHabitz, and extend collaborations. You will guide implementations, set up plans, initiate campaigns, host webinars, and monitor results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in a comparable function within the Ed-Tech or SaaS industry
  • Inspiring person with an affinity for commerce, IT, and our vision on online training courses
  • Healthy dose of empathy, making it possible to communicate on different levels
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills
