HCP Marketing Director

Role Overview

The HCP Marketing Director will play a key role in promoting GoodRx’s products and services to healthcare professionals, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will own the HCP marketing strategy, develop and implement strategic marketing plans, and drive awareness and adoption of new features and capabilities through targeted outreach, education, events, and engagement campaigns.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare product marketing, clinical marketing, or engagement strategy
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field or the equivalent in years of experience
• Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or related healthcare field) is preferred
• Extensive experience developing successful B2B and/or B2C marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals
• Deep understanding of the clinical landscape, provider audiences, and healthcare marketing best practices
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for clinical audiences
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and data teams to drive business growth
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure engagement effectiveness and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Experience managing small teams and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture
