As a Billing Specialist, you will provide high-quality customer support, manage troubleshooting tasks, and own end-to-end customer solutioning in gTech Ads Customer Experience organization. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, analyzing data and insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in project or program management, consulting, or client-facing role
- Experience in business analysis, technical troubleshooting, and customer support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads or other online advertising solutions and the media landscape
