As a Demand Generation Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a sophisticated, high-performance inbound and outbound demand engine, leveraging marketing automation and AI to deliver deeply personalized user experiences that accelerate the sales funnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 9 years of B2B marketing and multi-channel marketing experience with enterprise software, infrastructure or platform-as-a-service technology brands
- Experience in using Data Analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reporting to track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Opportunity conversion rates and ROI
- Experience with enterprise-grade marketing automation platforms and integrating AI-driven personalization tools into the marketing funnel
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management
- Experience in the cloud marketing and partner marketing
- Experience in Demand Generation
- Excellent project management skills, including managing large projects, vendors, and agencies
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across various teams
