Role Overview
Financial Analysts ensure sound financial decisions by modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics. They support the Finance team for UK and Ireland, the largest market in EMEA, and collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver strategic business insights and drive the execution and streamlining of core financial processes.
What You Will Do
Conduct sophisticated quantitative analysis, translate complex data into clear narratives, take ownership of market data infrastructure, drive efficiency and accuracy in critical finance processes, and identify manual bottlenecks to implement automated solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
