Marketing Manager, Energy and Infrastructure

Role Overview

Manage the digital front door for Google’s energy and infrastructure story, overseeing web properties, local campus landing pages, and policy topic hubs. Partner with communications, creative, and product teams to build digital storytelling assets.

What You Will Do

Lead the ongoing strategy, launch, and maintenance of key websites, build and manage the central infrastructure editorial calendar, produce social copy decks, digital explainers, and newsletter content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience developing marketing plans for audiences
  • Experience with web analytics, SEO best practices, and data-driven content optimization
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows
  • Background in energy, technology infrastructure, environmental policy, or advocacy/political communications
  • Track record of establishing governance frameworks across siloed web properties and managing agency production teams
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with high attention to brand tone, visual standards, and policy precision
