We’re looking for a Partner Solutions Engineer to cultivate deep technical and product knowledge of the ad business generation ecosystem and architect solutions for partners. You’ll lead technical engagements, resolve complex technical escalations, and identify best practices to streamline business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages
- Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently
- Experience working alongside technical teams to solve complex problems
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive a project from start to completion independently
- Excellent investigative skills and ability to debug customer-facing issues
