Product Operations Manager, AI Solutions and Enablement, Consumer Apps Marketing

Role Overview

The Product Operations Manager will lead every facet of the product’s journey, from determining positioning to external communications, and help shape the product and grow a consumer base. This role involves working with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering, and more.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include partnering with marketing teams to diagnose workflow bottlenecks, building and deploying lightweight production web apps, and leading internal AI solutions from early piloting to wide-scale deployment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in product operations, marketing technology, technical program management, management consulting, or technical operations
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or low-code platforms to build and deploy working web apps, live dashboards, or workflow automations
  • Experience designing custom AI workflows, reusable prompt/skill libraries, and grounded context layers using LLMs
  • Experience taking internal tools or operational programs from early piloting to deployment and adoption
