The Go-To-Market (GTM) Practice organization is seeking a SaaS Performance Manager to drive action-oriented insights for subscription based practice areas, Specialist teams and Go-To-Market Geographies. The role requires 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management, and 2 years of people management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, running business reviews, or target setting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders, presenting data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- MBA degree.
- Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function.
- Experience with cloud subscription and consumption.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (SQL, BI platforms, etc.), and collaborating with other business analysts and data scientists.
- Track record of high productivity and meeting deadlines, with a willingness to be direct and to take responsibility.
