As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be a critical link between our customers and store leadership for Gordon Food Service’s retail operations. Your mission is to turn “lost sales” into loyal accounts and transform customer feedback into actionable solutions that drive revenue. In this role, you will focus on two critical pillars: Revenue Recovery and Growth Activation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in kitchens or food service, with direct experience working with chefs, kitchen managers, or food service buyers.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) language skills (required)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Merchandising, or Marketing is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive outreach.
- High proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sites, Drive, Docs, Groups), and CRM reporting/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Excel).
