Associate, Growth and Strategy (Autonomous Vehicles)

We are seeking a tactical engine to drive ongoing autonomous growth workstreams and execute projects & programs. You will dive into a dynamic mix of growth project & program management, data analysis, and on-ground operational execution, bridging the gap between our strategic blueprints and daily operational reality.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy, Strategic Projects, Program & Project Management or Tech Operations (especially within tech companies or mobility).
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of driving cross-functional workstreams and executing on-ground programs.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support.
• Willingness to pick up SQL and build your own AI toolkit.
