Lending Marketing & Communications Specialist

Role Overview

As part of Grab Financial Group’s Lending Operations Team, you will help make lending products easier to understand and more accessible to consumers, driver- and delivery-partners, and merchant-partners. You will combine creativity, and structured execution to bring lending programs to life across multiple channels.

What You Will Do

Develop communication plans, create and coordinate engaging marketing materials, partner with the Marketing team, manage the end-to-end communication setup process, maintain an organised repository of communication plans, and analyse campaign and communication performance.

Requirements

• Diploma in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in multiple Adobe Creative Suits products
• Basic HTML coding knowledge

• Ability to tailor messaging for several audiences in English, Malay, and Mandarin languages
