Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive revenue growth by building strong merchant relationships, identifying opportunities, and executing promotional campaigns. Work cross-functionally to support business development initiatives and execute strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Key Account Management (KAM), Merchant Management, Business Development, or Partnerships.
- Experience in payments, fintech, e-wallets, or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to present ideas clearly, guide stakeholder decision-making, and negotiate commercial or campaign terms with merchants.
- Proficiency in Excel to interpret performance metrics and recommend data-driven actions.
