Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source powerhouse seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the architecture and infrastructure of their data stack. The role involves empowering analysts and data-driven stakeholders by building a data stack that is flexible enough to meet the needs of the business as it grows.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience contributing to data modeling
  • Experience with dbt
  • Experience working with a wide variety of peers and stakeholders
  • Experience creating and maintaining data quality tests and logic tests
  • Established track record enabling stakeholders to use data
  • A passion for understanding business questions and making data driven insights
  • Strong analytical, data processing, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience implementing best practices for analytics, dashboarding, documentation, and testing
  • Experience building collaboration and rapport within an organization
  • Inquisitive demeanor with willingness to learn new technologies and responsibilities
