- Technical ability with experience in technical support or engineering
- Comfortable making small code changes in a real codebase
- Hands-on with SQL, AWS/Cloudwatch, log analysis tools, customer support platforms, and AI-assisted coding IDEs/agents
- AI fluency with experience using AI tools every day
- Customer empathy & product thinking with ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
- Scrappiness & autonomy with ability to work without established runbooks
