GWL Realty Advisors is seeking an Assistant Manager, Financial Operations to lead a team of property administration and accounts payable specialists in downtown Toronto. The role involves managing a team, providing coaching and technical support, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of rent administration and collections, payables administration, and accounting processes.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in property administration/operations and people management
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
- Real estate or property management experience is an asset
- CPA Designation is an asset but not required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Technical skills in Yardi 7S or other real estate software and strong Excel capabilities
