Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into SMB and/or mid-market segments
- Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong discovery and communication skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly
- High coachability, accountability, and a growth-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
