Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling into SMB and/or mid-market segments
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Strong discovery and communication skills
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly
  • High coachability, accountability, and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
