Chief Marketing Officer

GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join its executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be creative in marketing strategy and deliverables and possess the power of persuasion. This role offers equity participation and can be based out of our corporate office in Norwood, Massachusetts or another one of our national office locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Progressive leadership experience in marketing
• Demonstrated success driving growth, brand differentiation, and market expansion
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience leading distributed teams and influencing cross-functional leadership
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable results
• High level of business acumen, judgment, and operational discipline
