Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to help accelerate H’s global growth across enterprise and strategic accounts, building scalable acquisition engines and generating qualified pipeline.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or B2B SaaS marketing
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outbound/inbound acquisition strategies
  • Experience scaling pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong interest in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or emerging technologies
