Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and outbound/inbound acquisition strategies
- Experience scaling pipeline generation in high-growth startup environments
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking funnel metrics and campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong interest in AI, developer tools, enterprise software, or emerging technologies
