Role Overview
The Financial Analyst III is responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating specific departmental functions, and for compiling and analyzing financial information related to assigned areas. The role works closely with Physicians, Administrative Directors, the Legal Department, and the Executive Office on various analyses, projections, annual capital and operating budgets, and reconciliations.
What You Will Do
The Financial Analyst III will apply GAAP in carrying out core responsibilities, communicate with applicable HMH departments, prepare and communicate the results of reconciliations and analyses, lead meetings, support the monthly financial close process, explain monthly and year-to-date variances, and perform other duties as assigned.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting, and demonstrated knowledge and application of GAAP. The candidate should also have excellent analytical skills, be highly computer literate, and be able to establish effective working relationships with Senior Management and Staff.
