Hadley Designs is seeking a mission-driven Ecommerce Revenue Growth Director to own and scale their direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce channels, driving growth through strategy, operations, and leadership. The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social, a proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue, and expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
- Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high velocity creative testing
- Hands-on expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
- Understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and LTV
- Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Comfortable leading a remote team with clear cadences and accountability
