Mexico Financial, Planning, Controllership, Reporting & Analytics Lead

The FPCRA Lead – Cluster is the end-to-end finance owner for the Cluster accountable for the full spectrum from planning and forecasting through to controllership, reporting, and performance analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related fields
• Experience in finance across multiple discipline (especially controllership and financial planning and analysis); Having substantial leadership, decision making, stakeholder management, Communication experience.
• Extensive senior-level experience across planning & forecasting, controllership, and reporting
• Strong understanding of IFRS, financial controls, and governance
• Experience operating within a hub / shared services / BPO-supported model
• Track record of finance transformation, simplification, and capability uplift
• Advanced English
