Role Overview
As the National Sales Manager – Kenya (Pharmacy & General Trade), you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement a robust channel strategy, manage distributors and external sales teams, handle sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Haleon business objectives.

Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of managerial experience, with a strong track record of successfully leading FMCG/FMCH sales teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying FMCG/FMCH-focused commercial and channel strategies.
- Expertise in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for incremental FMCG revenue within existing and new accounts.
- Fluent English languages skills.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork.
- Availability to travel within designated Country.
- Takes accountability for delivering results; pragmatically turns data into action.
