The FPCRA Director is the end-to-end finance owner for the Operating Unit (OU), accountable for the full finance spectrum from planning and forecasting through to controllership, reporting, and performance analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, MBA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience across multiple finance disciplines, particularly controllership and FP&A.
- Significant leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication experience.
- Proven experience in compliance, audit, or related roles within a matrix organization.
- Strong background in IFRS and local statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in digital tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP, SAC.
- Experience with Analysis for Office.
- Strong Power BI skills (preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Workday.
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and corporate finance.
- Knowledge of AI tools and applications in finance is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
