Role Overview
This role is a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, providing strategic financial insight, planning support, and decision-making guidance across the organization.
What You Will Do
The Lead Financial Analyst will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, profitability analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, advanced formulas, and VBA/macros.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify meaningful trends.
- Ability to evaluate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present financial information and recommendations to both financial and non-financial audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience collaborating across departments and building effective partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with databases, data structures, and querying information.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization.
- Experience with Deltek, UKG, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and ERP platforms is a plus.
