What You Will Do

Assist deal leaders in sourcing, evaluating, and managing venture and growth equity investment opportunities, including funds, co-investments, and secondaries. Conduct due diligence, prepare investment memos, and support client communication and business development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong interest in venture and technology investing
• Excellent knowledge of, and demonstrated experience with, analytics and qualitative factors crucial to venture and growth equity investment diligence
• Undergraduate degree required
• Thorough knowledge of Excel (modeling skills), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Demonstrated interest in learning and responsibly applying approved AI tools to support research, analysis, and workflow improvement
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Strong initiative and independent performance are imperative
• Ability to present and defend opinions and investment theses
