Role Overview
The People Operations Specialist will be the backbone of HappyRobot’s people function, owning onboarding, benefits, and leave administration, and managing relationships with PEO and EOR partners.
What You Will Do
You’ll be the go-to for employee questions, own onboarding, run benefits and leave administration, manage PEO and EOR partners, and keep HRIS clean and running.

Requirements
- 2–4 years in HR, People Operations, or a generalist People role
- Hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling preferred)
- Breadth across the employee lifecycle
- Comfort with international HR complexity
- Strong coordination skills
- AI-native and automation-oriented
- High ownership, high precision, low ego
- Startup orientation
