Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to conceive and execute the marketing campaigns for an assigned list of books in the Children’s Division at HarperCollins Publishers.

What You Will Do

Plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns for across the children’s list, develop a clear and strategic vision for each campaign, use internal and external analysis and data management tools to make strategic, data driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of publishing experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organization
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to take initiative, effectively work with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital publishing, book marketing, and social media landscape
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of tools such as Meltwater and Canva
