Role Overview
Develop and manage business opportunities in the assigned region, attending active accounts and generating new customers. Represent HARTING to the market, offering technical connectivity and cable assembly solutions.
What You Will Do
Meet monthly sales targets, develop key accounts, sell complex cable assemblies, and deliver sales reports using the CRM tool.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Technical knowledge and continuous learning about connectivity and harness manufacturing
- Proven experience in managing key accounts and complex projects
- Prospecting is a key factor for the position
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Advanced English (preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
