Hayward Lumber is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join its dynamic team. The Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, build strong relationships with new and existing customers, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
  • Knowledge of lumber, building materials, or construction industry practices
  • Experience with market analysis and strategic account planning
