Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Rev Ops lead for 4-5 accounts during onboarding (<90 days)
  • Diagnose/assess customers’ most compelling GTM inefficiencies relating to people, process, platforms, and data
  • Create/configure new processes and automations in HubSpot based on business needs
  • Create reports and dashboards based on business requirements and customer needs
  • Document new processes and configurations via customer playbook

What Success Looks like:

  • 4 NPS for relevant accounts
  • 95% within margin delivery for onboarding SOWs
  • 90% landing zone to steady-state transitions completed on time
  • 1 process and 1 visualization improvement rolled out to rest of org per quarter

Key Stakeholders:

  • Manager – 121
  • Team – team meetings + slack support
  • Customer – cadence calls, ad hoc channels
  • Presales team – project transition prior to SOW start and at SOW end

Expectations + minimum qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of revenue operations experience across the full funnel (i.e. marketing ops, sales ops, service ops)
  • HubSpot Fluent – comfortable creating business processes, automations in workflows, custom properties and objects. Need hands-on experience managing a HubSpot CRM instance or integrating with HubSpot across GTM teams
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with an interest in customer & client success
  • Enjoys fast-paced, growing company environment where things are changing and evolving

Compensation: $120,000/year
