Headway is a Series D company that aims to fix the barrier to mental healthcare by building a new system everyone can access. The company is looking for a Growth Associate to help drive top-of-funnel pipeline for the Care Partnerships BD team through high-volume cold outbound.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume outbound role (BDR, SDR, inside sales)
- Comfortable with cold calling and able to point to a track record of hitting activity and meeting targets
- Coachable and resilient with a competitive spirit
- Organized and disciplined about logging activity and outcomes in real time
- Effective communication skills
