Role Overview
As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, build relationships in the hospitality and festival sectors, and ensure Stëlz is visible in the Out of Home market. You will be the point of contact for Stëlz both internally and externally, and switch between strategy, analysis, and fieldwork.
What You Will Do
You will stimulate sales, brand awareness, and market share for Stëlz, build strong relationships with OOH accounts, identify new opportunities, and increase volumes with existing partners.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be the face of Stëlz in the Belgian OOH market, ensuring the brand is consistently and positively represented. You will work closely with the Stëlz team in Amsterdam and internal departments to achieve set goals, and manage the sales team budget.
Requirements
- +5 years of FMCG experience
- Experience in the beverage industry
- Leadership experience, having led a sales team and coached it to grow
- Commercial sharpness and data-savviness
- Results-driven and target-oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership
- Strong network in the OOH scene
