Enable international coordination and implementation of strategic product priorities by creating, standardising and optimising processes across central and local physical product teams and other stakeholders.

Shape the operating model, design and scale standards, lead cross-market change, lead programs and automation, and lead under uncertainty.

Requirements
- 5+ years minimum experience in Product Operations or Operational/Process Excellence
- Recognized expertise in process excellence, change management and program delivery
- Highly numerate and commercially minded
- A strong stakeholder leader who manages global and local stakeholders at all levels
- Autonomous and outcome-driven
- Curious about AI and automation
