Role Overview

As a Sales Business Development Representative, your day-to-day includes researching leads, interacting with customers over the phone/internet, building positive relationships, and managing appointments to setup sales closers for success.

What You Will Do

Answer all incoming phone calls, schedule follow-up contact, confirm scheduled appointments, and maintain and update customer changes in database.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous customer service and/or business development experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Automobile Salesperson License
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate ability and knowledge of Dealership Management System and additional software programs to support operations
