Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms) to build and manage campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, and paid social strategies, with a track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
- Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
- A good understanding of analytics and reporting, using data to measure success and inform next steps.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Awareness of GDPR best practices and commitment to compliant marketing activity.
- A curious mindset and willingness to explore emerging technologies such as AI and automation to improve marketing performance.
- Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude – you’re someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and drives results.
