The Senior CRM and Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining customer data quality and compliance, developing customer knowledge to better serve customers, monitoring customer performance, and implementing CRM and customer data projects. They will also work with retail teams to understand customer insights and drive initiatives to develop relationships and create special moments for customers.
