Data Analyst

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and executing world-class forecasting and planning models, utilizing decision science and analyzing demand components. You will partner with multiple functional teams to identify optimization opportunities and support long and short-term forecasting accuracy.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining forecasting models, acquiring data, performing complex modeling, and managing relationships with business partners. You will also manage relationships with cross-functional and remotely located teams to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of forecasting and planning models/methodologies
• Demonstrated experience with SQL or SAS programming
• Statistical modeling and forecasting, applying quantitative and research methods
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights
• At least 1 year of operational experience in supporting reporting and analytics
• Strong understanding of contact center management
