Role Overview
The Benefits Account Manager will serve as the operational lead for each client’s renewal cycle, collaborating with brokers and benefits analysts to assess client trends, identify issues, and surface opportunities for enhanced solutions or cross-selling. This is a hybrid position that requires a motivated and ambitious individual who is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team.
What You Will Do
The Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for serving as the operational lead for each client’s renewal cycle, collaborating with brokers and benefits analysts, reviewing proposals, communicating updates and recommendations to clients, and managing open enrollment workflows and recertifications.

Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
- 2–4 years of professional office experience required; background in benefits, HR, or client service strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must obtain Accident, Health & Life Producer’s License within 90-days of hire and maintain continuing education requirements
