Role Overview

The Revenue Operations Analyst II will own analytics, reporting, and process for a dedicated segment of the revenue org, becoming the go-to person who turns raw performance data into reporting, programs, and workflows that team runs on day to day.

What You Will Do

The analyst will own and manage all performance analytics and reporting for their assigned segment, giving leadership a clear, real-time view of how the business is performing. They will build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and recurring reports that leadership relies on to make decisions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in business/revenue analysis, sales/marketing operations, or a related analytical or operational field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven ability to build a process or program from scratch
  • Experience building or maintaining backend workflows, automations, or internal tools
  • Strong attribution/tracking instincts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A track record of operating independently in ambiguous situations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
