Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon for the Australian market of a well-established clinical skincare brand. You will replace an existing agency, take full ownership of paid channel performance, diagnose what is missing strategically, and drive D2C growth back into high gear working directly with the brand’s digital and communications team.
What You Will Do
Own the full paid media function for the Australian market of a globally recognized skincare brand, managing a significant annual paid media budget with full accountability for performance and spend efficiency.

Requirements
- Proven hands-on Meta and Facebook ads experience
- Experience managing paid media in-house at an e-commerce brand of similar scale and spend level
- Comfortable owning paid media strategy end to end including diagnosing gaps, setting direction, and executing changes independently
- Data-driven and growth-minded with the ability to pick up a new market and brand quickly
- Experience managing significant ad budgets with clear accountability for performance outcomes
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for briefing creative, reporting to stakeholders, and collaborating with a distributed team
