GTM Engineer (Clay Specialist) to join a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company building out their outbound and revenue operations function, designing and shipping complex Clay tables and connecting Clay outputs into the broader stack.

Requirements

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering role
• Expert-level proficiency in Clay, including complex table architecture, conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment strategies
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions: ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data, and signal-based selling
